The Economic Development Authority also has an investment in raw land. After a series of events the EDA acquired this property through a land exchange with Pima County. The property known as "Twin Peaks" sits on the west end of the off-ramp on the newly constructed Twin Peaks Interchange. It is the last interchange heading north on Interstate 10 from Tucson, Arizona, making it a valuable piece of property. With development of infrastructure, the value of Twin Peaks will only increase making it a very exciting property for the EDA.
