Tohono Plaza

Located in Sells, Arizona, Tohono Plaza was the Economic Development Authority's first major project. After obtaining a 25-year lease the EDA wanted to double the size of the shopping center, so the project was put out for bid. William L. Ford, Architect and Associates had picked up the project, and after two years the Tohono Plaza was completed in 2009. The Plaza was expanded and now has over 48,000 sq. ft. office space. The Economic Development has office space that is available to lease to tribal members, tribal programs, and outside businesses. For rates or any questions, please contact Fredella Stevens at (520) 383-2900/2901. Click here for available office space.
